Pictured here is Annetta with Curt DeWeese, Ginnie Halling, the COO and CEO of DSI Work Solutions and Sue Isernhagen, developer of the first functional capacity assessment (FCA) at the Annual National Conference for Work Injury Management. The conference emphasis was “combining efforts to reduce work injury and management”. It was attended by employers, HR Representatives, case managers and medical personnel. The vision is to be more collaborative in integrating workers capability with safe productive jobs, benefiting both employer and employees.
