Physical Therapy Team

Annetta Haddox, PT, MA

Annetta received her Physical Therapy degree in 1985 and a Master’s Degree in Counseling in 1995 both from West Virginia University. Her 30+-year career includes a variety of settings with a skill emphasis on manual therapy and extensive training in treatment of the spine. Annetta has developed programs for industry that include ergonomic assessments, post-hire/pre-placement, fit and return for duty evaluations and wellness/ prevention screenings. Additionally, she helps companies develop accurate job descriptions from which functional testing for early work return and work placement decisions can be made. She has served as the on-site physical therapist for the company formally known as E.I. Dupont in Front Royal, VA. Annetta is also certified by Isernhagen WorkWell Systems and DSI to perform Functional Capacity Evaluation, functional job descriptions and testing. In 2009 she was honored with the opportunity to be the guest speaker for the West Virginia University Physical Therapy Clinical Pathways Ceremony. In 2010 she received the “Sandy L. Burkart Outstanding Clinical Instructor Award” from West Virginia University. This award is named for an outstanding clinician and visionary for the profession of Physical Therapy. She has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 1983 with current section membership in Orthopedics and Private Practice and is also a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (AAOMPT). Unrelated to physical therapy, but keeping close to her biology degree and agriculture roots, she is a member of the Bee Keepers of the Northern Shenandoah.

As the captain of the PRO Team, Annetta challenges her colleagues to learn, grow and serve every day.

Aaron J. Hartstein, PT, DPT, PhD, OCS, FAAOMPT

Aaron graduated from West Virginia University in 2003 with a master’s degree in physical therapy and later completed a transitional doctorate program in physical therapy from Shenandoah University. Aaron completed his PhD program in health sciences at the University of South Dakota in April of 2021. He is a board-certified clinical specialist in orthopaedics (OCS) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT), as he completed an orthopaedic manual therapy mentorship and fellowship program through Kaiser Permanente, in California. Aaron has worked at PRO since 2003 in a variety of capacities. In 2014, he accepted a full-time faculty position at Shenandoah University, where he is currently an Associate Professor within the Division of Physical Therapy, teaching the orthopaedic and therapeutic exercise curriculum. Aaron remains current in clinical practice, however, and serves as a primary faculty member and mentor for the Virginia Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Institute (VOMPTI) residency program. In addition to his weekly clinical practice, he provides annual mentorship for an orthopedic resident enrolled in VOMPTI’s program. Outside of clinic, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and taking advantage of the beautiful Shenandoah Valley.  

Amanda Keatts, MPT

Amanda is a native of West Virginia and graduated from West Virginia University in 2006 with a Masters of Physical Therapy. She has a special interest in treating women’s health issues including pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, rehabilitation after breast surgeries, and pregnancy and postpartum related neuromusculoskeletal conditions. She has a certification of achievement in Pregnancy and Postpartum Physical Therapy (CAPP-OB) through the American Physical Therapy Association and is an active member of the APTA and the Women’s Health section group. Amanda is certified in LSVT BIG, a program designed to help patients with Parkinsons Disease. Amanda is also certified in Level I Dry Needling and has completed a number of manual therapy continuing education courses over the past 13 years to further her skills and education. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves to travel and enjoy the outdoors. 

Brian Collins, PT, DPT, OCS

Brian graduated from Abilene Christian University in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, and went on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 2011. Following graduation, Brian worked as an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist in Syracuse, New York before joining the team at PRO Physical Therapy in 2014. He received his designation as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) in 2015. He was recognized by his peers from PRO with the Dick Erhard Award for Clinical Excellence in 2016, and the Outstanding Clinical Instructor Award from Shenandoah University in 2017. Brian has a special interest in manual therapy and treating individuals with neck pain and headaches. He enjoys furthering his knowledge and has completed his Level 1 and Level 2 training in Functional Dry Needling from Kinetacore, Level 1 and Level 2 training in Graston Technique as well as additional continuing education in the areas of clinical reasoning, exercise prescription, pain neuroscience education, and manual therapy including thrust manipulation. Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife Megan and his busy twin babies Ezra and Eliza. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Orthopedic section. 

Sarah Geraghty, PT, DPT

Sarah was born and raised in Fairmont, WV. She graduated from West Virginia University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in Aquatic Therapy. She continued on at West Virginia University to earn her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2017. One of her last clinical rotations was completed here at PRO, and she decided to return to join the team. Sarah has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2014. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, reading, and spending time with her husband Patrick. 

Shane Zuiker, PT, DPT, CSCS

Shane graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, and went on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from San Diego State University. Shane has trained Muay Thai for over 10 years, winning the World Kickboxing Association Amateur Heavyweight World Championship in 2013 located in Italy. He has also won the National Championship in the years 2013 and 2015. Shane considers himself a lifelong learner with a special interest in pain science and sports performance, earning certification as a strength and conditioning specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2016. Shane is also passionate about golf and is currently studying to become certified by the Titleist Performance Institute to begin serving the golfing community’s rehabilitative and performance needs. Outside of work, Shane enjoys spending time with his friends and family, while soaking up the sun during some outdoor fun.

Jackie Hannan, LPTA

Jackie received her physical therapy assistant degree from Northern Virginia Community College in 1999. She excels in communicating and instructing patients under the guidance of the team therapists. Jackie has completed several manual therapy courses and continues to develop her clinical skills on a daily basis.

Larry Shipley, LPTA, Performance Coach

Larry is a Physical Therapy Assistant and performance coach at Pro Physical therapy/Pro Motion. He attended Shepherd University obtaining a Bachelors degree in Fitness and Exercise Science. He then started coaching football at Washington high school where he assisted with linebackers and managed all strength and conditioning programs. While coaching at Washington high school Larry became very passionate about strength, conditioning, and rehabilitation.  He pursued a career in physical therapy as a technician here at Pro. In 2015 he received his Associates degree from Blue Ridge to become a Physical Therapy Assistant. He continues to provide rehabilitation services along with strength and conditioning programs as a performance coach. Larry is FMS certified and continues to expand his knowledge with multiple certifications. 

PRO Motion Team

Brad Dinklocker, PT, DPT, MS, ATC

Brad is an athletic trainer, physical therapist, and performance coach with the PRO Motion team.  He received his Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with a focus in exercise science at Shenandoah University before entering the dual Master in Athletic Training/Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at Shenandoah University.  While in graduate school Brad completed numerous clinical rotations including rehabilitation in the clinic as well as on field coverage of sporting events. He also had the opportunity to spend nearly a year on clinical rotations at the Gulf Breeze Florida location of EXOS (formerly Athlete’s Performance) partaking in rehabilitation of professional and collegiate athletes.  While in Florida Brad also gained extensive experience working with tactical athletes rehabilitating and assisting in performance coaching of retired and active duty military from all branches as well as law enforcement.  He brings this experience to the Adult Lifestyles and Sports Performance programs here at PRO Motion with a desire to keep people in condition and training safely and pain free while progressively rehabilitating their injuries and then aiding in their return to unrestricted activity.  In his free time Brad’s exercise and sport participation include training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, weightlifting, and running.  His other interests include hiking, backpacking, gardening, cooking, shooting, and occasionally woodworking.

Jacob Manley, PT, DPT, MS, LAT, ATC, CSCS

Jacob is an athletic trainer, physical therapist, and performance coach with the PRO Motion team. He received his Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with a focus in sports medicine at the University of Virginia before entering the dual Master in Athletic Training/Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at Shenandoah University.  While in graduate school Jacob completed numerous clinical rotations including rehabilitation in the clinic as well as on-field coverage of sporting events. His clinical rotations allowed him to work with collegiate and professional athletes at EXOS Gulf Breeze as well as spend the 2017 season working as an athletic training student intern with the Washington Redskins. He brings this experience to the Sports Performance programs here at PRO Motion with a desire to keep people in condition and training safely while progressively rehabilitating their injuries and then aiding in their return to unrestricted activity. Additionally, Jacob is a graduate of Shenandoah University’s Performing Arts Medicine program where he studied to specialize in rehabilitation for dancers and musicians. In his free time, Jacob’s exercise and sport participation include training for and competing in powerlifting and strongman. His other hobbies include binge-watching Netflix, baking, and podcasting. 

Denise Massie, MS, ATC, DPT

Denise serves as a part-time Physical Therapist with P.R.O. Even though she does not see patients full time at P.R.O. she was and continues to be very instrumental in the building and continued growth of the company. She helps mentor our clinicians and serves as an esteemed resource for our educational development and advises on sports medicine programs. Denise received her Masters Degree in Athletic Training from Old Dominion University and a Physical Therapy degree from West Virginia University. She originally joined P.R.O. in 2001, completed her transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of South Alabama in 2010, and then received a faculty appointment with Shenandoah University’s Athletic Training Program.  Denise holds certifications in The Graston Technique, FMS 1 & 2, and dry needling.

Jenny Williams, MS, ATC

Jenny serves as Director of our Medical Gym program.  She received her Master’s degree in Athletic Training from Shenandoah University in 2005. Her past career experience includes serving as Athletic Trainer at Jefferson High School, as well as working within the private orthopedic practice setting.  She has also taught in the high school and collegiate education settings. 

Jenny brings her experience and skill to PRO Motion.  She enjoys family time with her husband and daughter, attending car shows with their antique vehicles, and staying active. This West Virginia native also maintains her active enrollment as a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association. 

Eoin McAteer, Performance Coach

Eoin McAteer is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and USA Weightlifting Coach. He has worked with athletes from youth through collegiate levels and has been privileged to work under Olympic medalists and elite level athletes on sports performance and weightlifting. In addition, he is a certified provider of the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and is Y Balance Certified. These two screens are being used across collegiate and professional athletics to assist in identifying injury risk in order to improve injury prevention programs. These screens are apart of the assessment process at PRO Motion.   

Nate Sowers, BS, NFPT-CPT, Performance Coach

Nate accepted a full athletic scholarship to play football at WVU. He was a four-year letterman. He started at safety 2009, 2010. He was also a 2-time recipient of the Iron Mountaineer Award given to the best conditioned athlete on the WVU football team during his tenure. Nate earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from WVU’s school of medicine. He has been training for 10 years and has been with PRO for 3 years. Nate has trained all levels of athletes from youth to pro athletes. He is FMS Level 1 and 2 certified and acts as subject matter expert for the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT). 

Administrative Team

Sara LaRue-Duffy

Sara started at PRO in 2006 as front office staff member.  She then went on to be responsible for managing all insurance authorizations for the company. In 2016 Sara’s commitment to stellar service was recognized and she was awarded the company’s first ABC Award (PRO’s Above and Beyond the Call of Excellence in Service Award). In 2018, she traveled to Colorado to attend the APTA’s PPS (Private Practice Sections) meeting to continue developing her administrative talents. It was at the PPS meeting where Sara was awarded the Private Practice Section Administrators Certificate. Sara now oversees day to day operations at PRO as an Operations Manager, in addition to assisting in daily billing tasks. In her spare time Sara enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
