As an outpatient therapy practice, we offer a variety of services and specialties to our patients. For clinical team members, our education resources allow us to curate training pathways for designated therapies and/or techniques, which may include but does not limit to: Orthopedics, Manual Therapy, Pediatrics, Sports Medicine, Geriatrics, Neurology, Vestibular, TMJ, Pelvic Health, and Dry Needling.

Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Active or pending Physical Therapy state license

Lead regular team and regional meetings to align on goals, performance, and operational updates

Conduct 30/60/90-day reviews, annual career development meetings, and performance evaluations

Manage timecards, payroll approvals, and time-off requests to ensure accurate and timely submissions

Oversee team coverage, cross-training, and ongoing staff development to support clinic needs

Collaborate with HR on write-ups, terminations, and disciplinary actions
-
Identify staffing needs and submit requests for new hires, role changes, raises, and promotions

Support new hire onboarding, including training, schedule creation, and mentorship
-
Monitor and adjust workload distribution across the region to optimize efficiency and coverage

Maintain and update SOPs, training aids, and clinic-specific documentation (e.g., cheat sheets, landmarks, phone lists)

Support front desk operations, including call flow management, inbound/outbound call audits, and Info@ email oversight

Manage clinic billing and participate in denial resolution and billing meetings

Coordinate therapist schedules, including updates to existing coverage and creation of new provider schedules

Prepare and process daily check deposits and financial documentation

Ensure adherence to compliance standards and support policy implementation across teams

Lead interviews and collaborate on hiring decisions to build high-performing teams

Assess and request staffing or specialty changes based on clinic and regional demand

Maintain up-to-date staffing and specialty lists to support operational planning
Pay: Beginning rates start at $18.00 an hour with Bonus Potential

Requirements
- Computer skills required: EMR System Experience; Spreadsheet Software (Excel);Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook).
- Other Patient Services Representative skills required:
- Demonstrate on the job knowledge and be a team player.
- Able to utilize all the tools available in the software to improve workflow.
- Demonstrates good customer service to both internal and external customers.

Fellowship Opportunities
We offer an orthopedic manual therapy fellowship program that has gained candidacy from the American Academy of Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. Our mission is to advance the orthopaedic clinical reasoning, knowledge and skills of physical therapists to help them become leaders in our field, working toward improving the quality of physical therapy. The curriculum consists of 12 live courses and 2 online courses. Completion of the program requires a minimum of 26 months and a maximum of 36 months with 150 one-on-one supervised clinical hours with a Mentor and 3000 total patient care hours.
Residency at PRO Motion Physical Therapy
Accredited by the American Board of Physical Therapy Residency and Fellowship (ABPTRFE), our orthopedic residency program is focused on the essential knowledge, skills, and responsibilities of an advanced physical therapist. The curriculum consists of six live courses, 11 live webinars, and five independent study courses provided by the Orthopaedic Section of the APTA.
Residents participate in virtual weekly journal clubs and case reviews. Completion of the program requires a minimum of 12 months and a maximum of 14 months with 150 one-on-one supervised clinical hours with a Mentor and 1500 total patient care hours.
