Prior to your first appointment, we make a courtesy call to your insurance company to ensure any coverage and costs. If you prefer to contact the company yourself, you are able to do so by calling the phone number listed on the back of the insurance card. We also have cash options & plans for those interested.

Direct Access
You may come directly to one of our physical therapists and receive an evaluation for your injury or condition. Within 14 days of your first appointment your evaluating therapist will then communicate the findings of their initial exam to the physician of your choice. Under Direct Access, you can receive treatment for up to 30 calendar days prior to needing a referral from your physician.
