Vestibular rehabilitation addresses issues with dizziness, light headedness, vertigo, BPPV, balance, and unsteadiness using a combination of exercise, vestibular therapy techniques and other treatments as needed.

For patients who are diagnosed with a vestibular problem, Physical Therapy treatments are directed at resolving the source of the difficulty or encouraging compensation from other aspects of the balance system to generate new adaptations.
